Sherry L.H. Maragh, MD

Sherry L.H. Maragh, MD is Board Certified in general, surgical, cosmetic and laser Dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology. She received her training at The Mayo Clinic Department of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery in Rochester, Minnesota. She completed additional surgical fellowship training in Mohs micrographic skin cancer surgery with advanced facial reconstruction and minimally invasive cosmetic surgery procedures. Dr. Maragh had been in private practice in upstate New York where she specialized in advanced surgical techniques for the treatment of skin cancer, facial rejuvenation and body enhancement. Dr. Maragh is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Maragh is a member of the American College of Mohs Surgery, reserved only for fellowship trained Mohs skin cancer surgeons. She has performed over 2000 skin cancer surgeries with reconstruction. Dr. Maragh is a cum laude graduate of Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia. She completed her medical studies with Alpha Omega Alpha Honors at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.

Marlon R. Maragh, MD

Marlon R. Maragh, MD is a Board Certified Radiologist by the American Board of Radiology. He specializes in the treatment of lower extremity varicose veins. Dr. Maragh completed specialized training in the latest technology of minimally invasive endovenous ablation of varicose veins of the legs. Dr. Maragh is a cum laude graduate of Harvard University. He completed his medical studies with Honors from Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Maragh completed general surgery internship training in the Department of Surgery at the University of Maryland Medical System. He received his radiology training at The University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, New York.

Rana Hassan, PA-C

Rana Hassan, PA-C is a board certified physician assistant who completed her undergraduate training at the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences and a minor in Spanish. She then completed her graduate studies at Arcadia University of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She graduated with a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies, including specialized dermatology experience. Rana is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and has been practicing as a physician assistant in dermatology since her graduation in 2003. Rana is licensed by the state of Virginia to practice dermatology as part of Dr. Maragh’s team and she collaborates closely with Dr. Maragh to optimize patient care. She is qualified to diagnose and prescribe medications for patients and to perform dermatologic surgery. She is also certified in many cosmetic procedures including lasers and non-invasive treatments of the skin. Rana is dedicated to patient education and is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society for Dermatology Physician Assistants.
